Customizing your profile allows you to showcase your skills and expertise effectively. Within the Account tab, you can update your Display Name (note that changes are allowed once every three months), update your password, and select your preferred language (supported languages include French, English, Spanish, and German).
In the Notifications section, configure alerts for:

- Offer & Project Status updates
- Project Attribution
- News & Advice
- Promotional Offers
For financial details, the Billing section allows you to manage:
- Subscription Billing
- Mission Billing
The My Information tab is where you can update:
- Personal and Business information required for profile validation
- Upload legal documents (ID Card/Passport for individuals, Certificate of Incorporation for companies)
- Ensure payment details are accurate
Payment Methods for subscriptions and contact credits can be added or edited, and the My Subscription tab provides details about:
- Your current plan
- Renewal dates
- Remaining contact credits
- Options to cancel or pause your subscription
